NTFS is the default file system of Windows Operating Systems. Most of us have to deal with hard disk drives or other storage media which is formated in NTFS on a daily basis even though we are using Mac’s. We heard rumors and many talks that NTFS read/write would be supported in Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
Last week i connected up my old windows hard disk to my mac and was surprised to find out that i had no writing capability. So i went on google and searched a bit til i came across this cool little tool which just mounts NTFS drives with writable capability.

NTFSmounter is a little application that sits in your menubar and when called upon mounts NTFS drives with write capability. After connecting your device to your mac, simply click the menu icon and select the drive you want to mount and thats it.
