There are many plugins that let you create and setup gallery’s on your wordpress installation easily. The six below are the ones that i find most interesting and are in no particular order.
NextGEN Gallery

NextGEN is simple and very easy to setup and is fully integrated plugin. It also has a flash slideshow option. It is pretty well documented and its got a demo, so you can check it out before you install.
NextGEN Gallery is a full integrated Image Gallery plugin for WordPress with a Flash slideshow option. Before I start writing the plugin I study all photo and picture plugins for WordPress, I figure out that some of them are really good and well designed, but I missed a simple and easy administration back end to handle multiple photos, galleries and albums.
